Mission Dharma Board Member Application

Mission Dharma is seeking new members for our Board of Directors. The objective of our organization is to promote the teachings of the Buddha and the practice of Insight Meditation. In order to meet this objective, the Board supports our guiding teacher and the Sangha. The Board meets on a monthly basis and Board members are expected to contribute substantially to at least one committee. Current committees include diversity efforts, social media and website development, course and group coordination, service committee, volunteer committee, and more. Mission Dharma values diversity in both its Board and Sangha members as we aim to make the teaching accessible to all communities. Each person's application will be reviewed by the current Board members and all promising candidates will attend a short interview.
