A Half-Day Retreat in San Francisco with Howie Cohn
This half-day retreat will combine meditation instruction, sitting and walking
meditation, a dharma talk, and the opportunity for questions and answers.
This is a unique opportunity to attend a longer practice period with
the Mission Dharma community in San Francisco. Everyone is invited to attend
regardless of past meditation experience.

Public Transportation
The Center is located right off several MUNI bus/trolley lines: 6, 71 and F, all of which run along Market Street. It is also a short distance from the Van Ness MUNI underground station. For those taking BART, exit at Civic Center Station. Parking Street parking consists of day time metered spots and some 2- hour parking. The Center is also within 5 minutes of inexpensive all-day parking. |
Cost - Dana
In Buddhist tradition, teachings are offered freely. You may wish to express your gratitude for the teachings by offering dana to support the teacher. You may practice generosity, or dana, by making a donation on the day of the event or through the Mission Dharma paypal account.
